A Quick Catch-Up

Hey there! Well, life has been quite interesting in the Moore household! As you can tell by my lack of posting, we've been pretty busy!! The main reason for us being so busy is that we are MOVING....AGAIN! As you all know, we love our home in Graham, but have wanted to get back to Orange County! With the horrible housing crisis, we managed to find an AWESOME deal on a home that a builder foreclosed on. The house is not finished yet, so we will remain busy the next few weeks! We have rented our current home out and will be moving in my Mom's (again) until we complete the new house! It will certainly be interesting these next few weeks/months but we are excited!

Now, on to what you all really want to read about... our little man! Truman is almost 5 months now! We have started introducing solid foods and, (no big surprise here), he is a BIG eater! He LOVES green beans, peas and prunes! Actually, we haven't found a food that he doesn't like yet! I even tried pickles to get that classic pucker face, and he grinned! He LOVES pickles! Ha! He is also getting to be very strong and quite vocal! He loves to lay in his bed and sing to us or just sit and talk! Of course, when he's not happy he is more vocal about that as well! He tends to "grunt" and fuss instead of cry though! We are anxiously awaiting the day that his first tooth erupts! Seems like it will never get here! He's trying to figure out the whole crawling thing, and I'm starting to realize that the days of him just laying in the same spot are coming to an end! So, that's a brief summary of all the changes we are seeing in him! He is such a joy! We just treasure each day and all the fun things we get to experience with him! :)

I will try to be better about posting on here. In the midst of the house stuff, our computer also crashed! So, I'm not able to post as often! We are hoping to make it without a computer until we move into the new house (seemed silly to buy a computer and just pack it up for storage!). So, bear with us and we'll post as often as we can!
