Truman's First Halloween!

As you can see, Truman LOVED Halloween! :) We picked out Truman's costume before he was even born. I remembered watching a baby at a church event in college and he had on the chili pepper outfit. Of course, I HAD to have one for Truman! He was absolutely adorable! He also got the bumble bee and monster outfit as gifts from Aunt Jodi and Grandpa Phil!
He was a little young to go trick-or-treating this year so we went to a party instead. The other mommies had the same thought! For those of you from out of town... we are well aware that there is something in the water here! There are about 5 girls in Hillsborough who all had babies within a few months of each other! Truman fits right in line with all the babies! Unfortunately, we were a little late getting to the party (as to avoid Truman's most fussy time) so we missed the group photo. But it was so precious, I had to post it!
It's amazing how much a baby will change your life! As we walked up to the party, we both looked at each other and laughed. It was unlike any party we've been to! Instead of a cooler in hand, John had a carseat! The night was filled with babies, diapers, bottles and lots of laughs and fun with friends! It was great.
Oh yeah... and it was John's birthday! We did celebrate a little, but Halloween certainly took priority this year! (Sorry babe!)
